Over 100 young actors, animators, artists and film makers have contributed to the Big Lottery Funded project. The result is a stunning and vibrant resource for teachers and youth workers to use with young people. The Sexwize calendar is big and bold, designed to keep thinking safer and staying safer firmly in young people's minds all year round.

The target audience is young people aged 14 - 18. The activities are designed primarily for a youth club or school setting, with small or large groups. Topics are divided into 12 main workshop themes, one for each month of the year. On the DVD you will find drama sketches and animations which introduce each theme and support the activities. These include role play, drama, creative writing, games and song writing.

Many different groups of young people from around Norfolk contributed to the creative work. Students from East Dereham created the RU Boozewize section. Young people from Great Yarmouth worked on the Getting Advice pages and regulars of Norwich's T-Lounge generated the teenage pregnancy storyline. Young actors from Earlham contributed to the On Holiday pages and students from Paston College and Notre Dame School worked on the animations.
