The Electric Palace Cinema in Harwich hosted a film making club for 11- 14 year olds during Autumn 2009. The young people collected stories from the RNLI, the Maritime Museum and the High Lighthouse. They then devised short animations and puppet plays, inspired by their research.

The finished work was presented in the Electric Palace as part of Storytelling Week, celebrating the work of local writers and film makers and different aspects of local history. Images here. News clip here.
