Projects are funded via a wide range of grants from arts and educational agencies. Each commission is overseen by a management committee, including directors and other professionals, recruited according to relevent expertise.

Drama director, Joc Mack, has been closely involved with many of the projects involving performance and drama based storytelling. Her twenty years’ experience as a writer and director for TIE (Theatre in Education) and her Advanced Skills Teacher expertise informs many of our teachers’ resources.
We involve a wide range of other arts practitioners on a project by project basis, including composers, web designers, historians, puppeteers, animators, film-makers, teachers and drama practitioners.
The directors also take on commission and training work in a freelance capacity.
